Job Duties:

Cleaning guestrooms and public areas of the hotel. Making beds, vacuuming, dusting, etc., collect dirty laundry and restock linens load washing machines and fold dried items. Stocking of storage areas and work carts. The indoor areas cleaned include: guest rooms, lobby, breakfast room, lobby bathrooms, pool area, fitness center, pool bathroom, game room, all hallways and stairwells and cart rooms. Outdoor areas cleaned include: balconies, lawn furniture, all guest seating areas and bonfire seating area. Equipment used includes: carpet cleaners, brooms, vacuums, hoses, squeegee, housekeeping carts, spray bottles, rags, dusters and mops.

Must be able to bend, stoop and lift 25 pounds The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business at the Inn. The employer is open 7 days per week. Housekeepers will work an average of 5-6 days per week and will receive rotating days off but must be available to work all shifts. Hours within the housekeeping department are from 8am to 10pm and staff will be scheduled shifts according to occupancy. Approximately 35 hours per week with some overtime.
