Job Duties:

Prepare and serve beverages to patrons. Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Clean bars, work areas, and tables. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer. Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws. Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays. Perform other related tasks as necessary.

Special Requirements:

Must have six months prior full-time experience as a bartender. Experience must be verifiable. Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. Must be able to obtain a state Driver's License. Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed. Professional appearance and articulate in English.
