- Job Duties:
- The Buffet Attendant provides orders from the kitchen, courteous service for the guest and having good knowledge of the product. They are also bussing tables, placing dishes in the kitchen, and cleaning of bar. Maintaining cleanliness of all restaurants. Duties include: setting up and cleaning dining room; rolling silverware/napkins; setting up beverage station; setting up buffets and keeping them looking presentable while service is underway; ensuring chafers are full and food is hot; keeping coffee and water carafes on tables are filled as needed; keeping tables free of dirty dishes and empty glasses; seating guests (depending on function type); cashier functions (depending on function type).

- Must be at least 18 years old. Required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more. Must be at least 18 years old. Required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business at the resort but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend and holiday work will be required. Pre-employment background check at no cost to the applicant is required.
