Job Duties:

1. Providing a world-class experience through excellent customer service & attention to detail; 2. Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees; 3. Helping the guest select menu items by thoroughly going over the Legends Club Grill Menus, recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s features, and identifying wines in accordance with Legend’s food and beverage training; 4. Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions 5. Taking and serving food and beverage orders; 6. Carrying out food and miscellaneous; 7. Maintaining overall cleanliness of workstation, tables, and dining area around guests and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties.

Special Requirements:

12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN A RESTAURANT SERVING OR BARTENDER POSITION. MUST HAVE A VAST KNOWLEDGE OF WINE, LIQUOR, BEER, FOOD & PROPER SERVICE. May work weekends and holidays, as needed. The schedule (including workdays) may vary.
