Job Duties:

Keep building in clean and orderly condition. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms; gathering and emptying trash; cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, stripping and sealing; cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; dusting and cleaning furniture, walls, and equipment; moving heavy furniture, equipment, supplies, and decorations manually or with hand trucks; mowing or trimming lawns and shrubbery using hand or power tools; clearing debris from grounds.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Ability to speak basic English not necessary, but preferred.
