Job Duties:

Bartender will work with the Restaurant Manager to create and execute specialty craft cocktails, having awareness of local beverages, enter orders in POS, having thorough knowledge of all items on the menu, assisting with monthly inventory, delivering items to each guest, and providing suggestions for food and beverage pairings. Mix and serve drinks to patrons. Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily. Responsible for maintaining stock, preparing, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality. Daily stocking and re-stocking of all restaurant items as needed throughout the day. Promptly respond to all member and guests requests. Clean work area as needed.

Special Requirements:

Twelve months of experience required. Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer. Employer will assist in worker obtaining Riverside County Food Handlers Card, including assisting with the cost. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for long period of time, up to eight (8) hours.
