- Server Duties: Great customers, assist customers with menu choices, know daily specials such as soup or porridge of the day, take orders, share and package food, communicate food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff, ensuring all orders are filled promptly and accurately, attend to customer service issues and refer concerns to management, clear tables, wipe down tables and chairs after each customer, clean surface areas where food containers are stored, clean cashing stations, refresh condiment containers, check and replenish toiletries in bathroom areas, and mop and clean kitchen and dining areas after closing.
