Job Duties:

Perform all methods of cookery, portion control, plating and garnishes all dishes in accordance with our standards. Maintains high quality standards of food production to ensure guest satisfaction. Inspects and cleans (manually or dishwasher) all food preparation areas, equipment (i.e. pots and pans) work surfaces, and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Season and cook food according to recipes. Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods. Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). Open seven days. Hours of operation are 10am to 10pm. Shift days and work hours vary. Shift hours: 9am to 3pm; 10am to 4pm; 12pm to 9pm; 1pm to 10pm; and 2pm to 10pm. Different shifts not listed may be needed based on events. Overtime as needed only.
