- Job Duties:
- Obtain & distribute product; use knife to cut oyster from shell; discard shell; inspect oyster meat for blemishes; remove/discard; wash oysters using shell stock washer; separate processed meat by size or quality & place oysters in containers; assist with cleaning work area at end of shift; place product in trucks as needed. Work is supervised. 14 day(s) on the job training provided.
