- Job Duties:
- Wreath workers select a variety of holiday evergreens and trimmings, e.g., pinecones, juniper twigs, ribbons, and bows, to create decorative holiday arrangements such as Christmas wreaths, door sprays, and tabletop centerpieces. Wreath workers will be trained in the knowledge of plant properties and standard design patterns to create assigned arrangements. Wreath workers select evergreens and materials, use pruning shears to trim selected evergreen materials and ties and shape the materials into specified arrangements and art designs for retail customers. Wreath workers place the completed arrangements onto tables for the separate shipping department who then collects, packages and ships product to customers. Wreath workers clean up debris from tables and workspaces and ensure proper storage of evergreens and materials at the end of the day. Entry level; requires supervision. On the job training provided.

- Must regularly lift/carry 40 lbs. in raw materials and lift final products weighing up to 15 lbs. Position also requires prolonged standing and frequent bending, grabbing, pulling, and lifting. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire post-accident. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
