- Job Duties:
- Places oysters on tables and removes meats from the shells. Washes, sorts and places oyster meats in containers for consumption. Cleans and sanitizes shucking stations as required by food-safety rules. Disposes of oyster shells in the designated areas. Work is supervised. 14 day(s) on the job training provided. 2nd plant is located at 28 North First Street, Vandemere, NC 28587-Pamlico County.

- Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Work extended daily hours and weekends when necessary. Workers must be able to process 8 pints quality unblemished shucked oyster meat per hour after 2 weeks on the job training. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
