- Job Duties:
- Places oysters on tables and removes meats from the shells. Washes, sorts and places oyster meats into containers for consumption. Cleans and sanitizes shucking stations as required by food-safety rules. Disposes of oyster shells in the designated areas. Work is supervised. 10 day(s) on the job training provided.

- Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Work extended daily hours and weekends when necessary. Employer paid drug test is Upon Suspicion (Post Employment). Worker is expected to shuck 8 pounds of oysters per hour after 10 days on the job training. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
