Job Duties:
Duties may include: Sell tickets, collect fees from patrons, direct and provide assistance regarding lifts, seats, attractions, rules, and regulations. Rent, sell, or issue equipment and supplies to patrons. Inspect and clean equipment to detect wear and damage and perform minor repairs, adjustments, or maintenance tasks. Maintain inventories of equipment, storing and retrieving items and assembling and disassembling equipment as necessary. Record details of attendance, sales, receipts, reservations, or repair activities. Operate machines to prepare the grounds for activities such as skiing and mountain biking. Keep informed of shut-down and emergency evacuation procedures & other related Recreation Attendant activities as per SOC/OES 39-3091 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).

Must be 18 due to insurance. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 40lbs. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Possible background check post hire at employer's expense. Work is performed outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.
