Job Duties:

A Sales Manager supervises and manages the sales representatives, helps customers with expert enquiries that the reps do not take care of and sets weekly sales goals including arranging the rota of working hours for the rep teams to fill, granting discounts on products and supervising the floor display. A Sales Manager has detailed knowledge of the skincare and cosmetics beauty products of Morena Mia collection. A Sales Manager will train the sales representatives about the sales policy of the company, answer to sales reps personal HR questions and be available to deal with emergency financial problems that can arise in the stores. Sales Managers will be in direct contact with the store management company, the airport security and the HQ located in Mexico. They will arrange weekly meetings with sales teams and prepare productivity reports and supervise the weekly financial and inventory counts as review the reports. Duties: 1. Oversee the store’s daily operations. 2. Organize employee’s shifts, taking into consideration peak times and seasonality. 3. Inventory and finance control and order of products. 4. Hiring and training of sales representatives. Requirements and skills: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a beauty skin care cosmetics sales manager. 2. Experience with Morena Mia beauty skin products, including familiarity with all the ingredients, techniques on how to apply the various products, how often to use the products, and for whom each product is best suited. 3. Extensive knowledge regarding the Empire Tech Product in the technology and its specific use, as well as the full usage of the Venofye skin creams, masks, and serums. 4. Extensive knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products, including competitor brands, latest trends, and best practices. 5. Experience managing a sales team of between 5-7 employees at a time. 6. Due to the location of the position in the LMM International Airport, security clearance is required. Morena Mia Corporation will regularly conduct random security checks and drug testing for each employee. 7. Clean police record. 8.
