Job Duties:

Food & Beverage Administrative Assistants will be responsible for clerical tasks in the Food & Beverage department, such as booking dining reservations, preparing reservation lists and floorplans, updating Food & Beverage supervisors with cover counts throughout the day, translating dictated instructions to Members and staff, typing and circulating correspondence, distributing function sheets and menus, filing, proofreading information, and making necessary corrections prior to distribution. Food & Beverage Administrative Assistants may need to regularly move and/or lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:30am - 3:30pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and 11am - 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see Job Description for additional information.
