Job Duties:

Server Assistants will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, carrying trays and plates, serving water, coffee and food to customers, running food, assisting with occasional set-up and/or break-down of banquet events, cleaning and clearing tables, understanding and operating Point of Sale (POS) system, rolling silverware, and polishing silverware. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am - 5:00pm, 3:00pm - 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.

Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, hotel, or private club. All applicants must complete pre-employment drug screening at employer's expense.
