- Must be willing to work 7 days a week, varying 8 hour shifts (7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am); overtime paid after 48 hours a week during harvesting season; 40 hours a week after harvesting season until the end of the contract. Overtime as needed after harvesting season. Worker will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during harvesting season and a 30 minutes unpaid lunch break before and after harvesting season.
