Job Duties:

Member Services Concierges will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, seating members, operating phones in a polite and friendly manner, and monitoring reservations, phone calls, and upcoming club events to inform members and the staff. Member Services Concierges may need to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am – 5:00pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm, or 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
