Job Duties:

Dining Servers will be responsible for promptly and warmly greeting guests in the dining room; taking food and beverages orders; understanding menu items and ingredients to advise guests on choices; processing orders using electronic ordering system; processing payment method; completing work area setup and remove before and after dining service, including tableware, silverware, glassware, linens. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 11:15am to 7:15pm, 1:45pm to 9:45pm, or 7:15am to 3:15pm. Shift hours and days may vary. See attached job description for additional information.

Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check, drug/nicotine screening, and 2 Step TB Test at employer's expense. Applicant must provide proof of flu vaccination; Moorings Park will consider religious and medical exemptions as a possible accommodation.
