- A Waterproofing/Commercial Painter Assistant load and unload frequently heavy materials, clean job site, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. Responsibilities: •Ability to operate power washer •Removal and replacement of old caulking materials •Painting using roller and airless spray equipment •Frequently lifting, carrying, and holding tools, and supplies. •Cleaning tools, equipment, materials, and the construction work area. •Follow specific directions and instructions from supervisors.
