Job Duties:
Take food orders and serve food and beverages to patrons in dining establishments. Set room for service, clear plates and glassware. Sort and organize incoming food tickets. Ensure that each customer receives the correct order, double checking the order before it goes to a customer. Perform opening and closing side work which may include deep cleaning of the work areas.

Special Requirements:
Must work workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Grasp, lift, push/pull, carry or transport up to 50 lbs. Push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs. Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms. Stand and walk for length of scheduled shift. Fluent in English (read, write and speak). Must pass a pre-hire criminal background check and drug test. 6 months of experience as waiter/waitress in full-service fine dining restaurant. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 10 am-6 pm; 2 pm- 12 am; 3 pm-11 pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: Tipped position with a guaranteed wage of $17.26 per hour. Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit and past experience with our company. Typical annual performance merit increase is 3-4 % Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $25.89/hr.
