- Job Duties:
- Provide the finest guest dining experience by warmly and professionally welcoming members/guests, promptly seating them at tables in the restaurant, and helping to ensure the highest quality of facilities and customer service. Provide guests with menus. Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of covers. Take and prepare to-go orders. Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers' concerns are addressed. Receive and record patrons' dining reservations. Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.

- Special Requirements:
- Must work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays. Ability to bend at the waist and lift or move items up to 20 to 50 lbs. to waist level. Reach with hands and arms, bend stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Stand and walk for length of scheduled shift. Speak, read and write fluently in English. Must pass a pre-hire criminal background check and drug test. 6 months of experience as Host/Hostess in full-service fine dining restaurant. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 12 pm- 8 pm; 2 pm-10 pm; 4 pm-11 pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $14.66/hr (Based on merit and past experience with our company) Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit and past experience with our company. Typical annual performance merit increase is 3-4 % Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $21.99/hr.
