Job Duties:

Work under the Food and Beverage Manager to supervise the waitstaff as Waiter Captain. Take food orders and serve food and beverages to patrons in dining establishments, oversee the waitstaff as they set room for service, clear plates and glassware. Oversee the waitstaff as they perform opening and closing side work.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Must pass a pre-hire criminal background check and drug test. 12 months experience in a food and beverage service professional in a full- service restaurant. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7 am-2 pm; 12 pm- 10 pm; 4 pm-12 am, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: Tipped position with a guaranteed wage of $21.69 per hour. Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit and past experience with our company. Typical annual performance merit increase is 3-4 % Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $32.54/hr.
