- Job Duties:
- Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites and indoor common areas at Gasparilla Inn & Clubs property, which includes vacuuming floors, rearranging furniture, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, washing windows, making beds and washing and putting away dirty glasses. Transport dirty linens to laundry department and process all soiled hotel bed linens, terry and food and beverage table linens by in accordance to hotel's standards. Clean, press and finish staff and guest garments, as well as designated guest room fabrics and articles. Cyclical Carpet and upholstery cleaning and floor polishing. Assist with tile and grout cleaning. Housekeepers may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- The petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Applicant may be required to complete pre-employment covid-19 test if required under federal or state guidelines at the time of hire. Housekeepers may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Days and Shifts: Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7:00am-2:00pm, 9:00am-4:00pm, 3:00pm-10:00pm, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $16.00 to $23.00 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company) Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $24.00 to $34.50 per hour. Employees may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of a discretionary season-end bonus, as well as service charges.
