- Job Duties:
- Dishwasher is responsible to wash and sanitize pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment according to hotel specifications and standards. Clean and maintain equipment and pot washing/kitchen/cafeteria/compactor/storage areas. Assist in washing wares by operating the dishwashing machine. Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned. The Dishwasher purpose is to ensure that the level of service provided to the guest is highly individualized and that each guest feels that their comfort and convenience are the principal concerns of The Gasparilla Inn & Club.

- Special Requirements:
- Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7:00am-2:00pm, 9:00am-4:00pm, 3:00pm-10:00pm, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $13.02 per hour (Based on merit and past experience with our company) Overtime may be available at $19.53 per hour. Employees may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of a discretionary season-end bonus, as well as service charges.
