- 6 months Cook or Culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7am to 3:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm, 11am to 7:30pm, 3pm to 11:30pm, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Tipped position with guaranteed wage of $18.68 to $30.00 per hour Overtime may be available at $28.02 to $45.00 per hour. Pay raises based on merit and past experience with our company.
