- Job Duties:
- HORSE SHOW GROOM: Will be responsible for the care of top show horses including grooming, feeding, watering, bathing, body clipping & supervised turnout. Will maintain and clean stalls & work area daily. Will inspect, observe and report horses physical condition to owner daily. Other responsibilities include hoof care and applying leg bandages as needed. Groom will be responsible for the care of 3 to 5 horses at a time which will include tacking up & checking for correct fit of bridles, martingales, saddles & other equipment. The work schedule is 6:00am to 10:00am and 2:00pm to 6:00pm Tuesday through Sunday. 8 hours of overtime are required on Sunday.
