Job Duties:

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation(NEMT) Logistics dispatcher is responsible for coordinating transportation services for patients who are unable to drive themselves to medical appointments or treatments. •Receiving and processing requests for transportation services from healthcare facilities, patients, and caregivers. • Scheduling transportation services for patients, ensuring that vehicles and drivers are available to meet the needs of patients. •Maintaining accurate records of all transportation requests, including patient information, pick-up and drop-off times, and billing information. • Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety standards. • Monitoring the performance of transportation providers to ensure that they meet service level agreements and quality standards. • Resolving any issues or complaints related to transportation services, including scheduling conflicts, driver behavior, and billing disputes. • Providing reports and analysis of transportation services to management and other stakeholders
