Job Duties:

Provide routine individualized healthcare such as changing bandages and dressing wounds, emptying catheter bag, changing catheter dressing, and applying topical medications at the disabled client's home, and monitoring or reporting changes in health status. May also provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of client. Driving and accompanying client to medical appointments and other necessary appointments will be required. CPR certification or willingness to get a CPR certification upon start of work required. Ability to drive and get a driver's license in the United States is required before or immediately after start of work. Ability to lift 40 lbs is required by this job, as person being cared for needs to be turned over in bed, and may need to be lifted at various times throughout the day.

Special Requirements:

Ability to drive a car required. CPR certification or willingness to get a CPR certification upon start of work required. Ability to lift 40lbs required. Each employee's expected daily schedule will be from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday, with a one hour lunch break in the middle of the day, and a total of seven full time hours each day. Those hours will vary. Work will also be for up to 2 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday.
