Job Duties:

1. Assist manager in supervising a team of 8-10 employees. Assist in supervisory responsibilities such as planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 2. Enforce safety standards in accordance with company policies and procedures. 3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards 4. Assist with creating schedule and assigning daily work, informing and training team members in all restaurant activities and operations 5. Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance 6. Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints 7. Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly 8. Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control 9. Perform or assist subordinates in performing duties. 10. Assist with All FOH Duties

Special Requirements:

6 months experience leading or supervising. Must be capable of walking or standing 95% or more of a normal 8-hour work shift. Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7am to 3:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm, 11am to 7:30pm, 3pm to 11:30pm, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: Tipped position with a guaranteed wage of $20.57 - $27.00 per hour. Palisades Tahoe offers pay raises based on merit and past experience with our company. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $30.86 - $40.50 per hour.
