- Job Duties:
- Perform any or all of the following functions in the manufacture of electronic semiconductors: load semiconductor material into furnace; saw formed ingots into segments; load individual segment into crystal growing chamber and monitor controls; locate crystal axis in ingot using x-ray equipment and saw ingots into wafers; analysis the manufacturing processing for efficient yield; conduct quality control of the manufacturing process and final products; clean, polish, and load wafers into series of special purpose furnaces, chemical baths, and equipment used to form circuitry and change conductive properties.

- Special Requirements:
- Requirement: Must be 18 due to equipment use. Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities such as: lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert max muscle force to life, push, pull, carry objects up to 70lbs (possible 2-person). Education requirement is bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related. Require at least 12 months of experience in the design, fabricate, test, assemble and package semiconductor devices related experience. On-the-job training available. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Based on Employers discretion/cost: Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: positive test/refusal to abide = dismissal.
