Job Duties:
Oversee serving staff during set up, serving and clearing; train new servers on the floor; build/maintain rapport with the club members; assume server duties as required, particularly in the service of special guests of honor and VIPs; required to set an exemplary example and to ensure the highest level of service that is provided by the clubs serving staff. Supervise approx. 20 people.

Special Requirements:
Pass pre-employment police clearance; Able to communicate in English; post-employment drug testing. Employer requires pre-employment police clearance and post-employment drug testing to be carried out equally between the U.S. workers and the H-2B workers. *CONTINUATION TO SECTION F.A.5 OF ETA 9142 ABOVE: 40 HOURS A WEEK WILL CONSIST OF 8-HOUR SHIFTS THAT CAN VARY AS NEEDED OVER 7 DAYS A WEEK. SHIFTS MAY VARY FROM 6AM-11PM.
