Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, planting, watering, digging, raking, assists with installation/maintenance of sprinklers and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Must exercise independent judgment; may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees but the position does not include supervision of other workers. Minimum 40 hours per week. Normal workdays Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, 30 min unpaid lunch. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays when necessary. Workdays, hours and shift time may vary depending on weather conditions. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per work week. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received weekly.
