- Obtain & distribute product; use knife to cut oyster from shell; discard shell; inspect meat for blemishes & remove/discard; separate processed meat by size and quality and place oysters in containers; assist with cleaning work stations at end of shift. Work is supervised. 3 days on the job training provided.
