Job Duties:

Responsible for maintaining inventories, safety, and cleanliness, performing minor repairs of pool and beach equipment and area, storing, stocking, retrieving, assembling and disassembling pool and beach equipment, and providing assistance to guests regarding knowledge of the facilities and transporting guests around Naples Grande Beach Resort’s facilities. Recreation Attendants may need to lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Rate of Pay: Pay rate varies by Outlet: $11.00 hourly rate + service charge and/or tips. Employer guarantees hourly rate of pay will not fall below prevailing wage at $13.16/hour. O/T available paid at $19.74/hour, unless exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA. Employees are eligible to participate in a recognition program and may receive additional compensation, if recognized. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck. For a full list of benefits offered please reach out to HR. Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:30pm, 10:00am to 6:30pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
