Job Duties:

House Attendants: Keep building in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need of repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk, delivering or carrying dirty linens to and from guest rooms to designated housekeeping areas and assisting with deliveries on guest request items. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Must have ability to perform exceptionally high-quality cleaning while working quickly. No experience necessary; will train.
