Job Duties:

Pursuant to approved sanitation and safety guidelines, clean all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and related food reparation/serving items and equipment. Operate dishwashers, check washed items for cleanliness, and store clean and dry items and equipment in proper places. Must be willing to assist the chefs and cooks as needed.

Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day and lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs. Will require pre-hire criminal background check. References might be requested. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm, 4pm-12am, 11pm-7am, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $17.25 to $22.00/hr (based on merit and past experience with our company) Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit and past experience with our company. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $25.88 to $33.00/hr.
