Job Duties:

Clean dishes, glasses, flatware, and kitchen implements. Ensure that the operation has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses. Follow proper dishwashing procedures to sanitize according to health and safety standards. Organize and prioritize dishware in assigned dish station to efficiently to wash multiple loads. Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks, following proper safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their coworkers. Occasionally wash larger pots and pans by hand. Take garbage and trash to the dumpster area. Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors. Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift. Help receive and stock deliveries of kitchen supplies.

Special Requirements:

Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on both low and high shelves. Basic spoken English skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary and stand up to 8 hours per shift. 40 hours per week; 8-hours shifts, 5 days per week. Work schedule will vary and may include evenings, holidays, and Saturdays and Sundays. Overtime may be available. May be assigned to work at any one of two resort hotel properties located walking distance apart in Teton Village, WY.
