Job Duties:

Takes, prepares, delivers, and clears all food and beverage orders in the restaurant, bar, and during banquet events. Prepares and processes checks, and responds to questions, requests, and complaints. Greets and seats guests. Carries and delivers food orders from the kitchen to the restaurant, bar, and during banquet events. Responsible for the set-up and break-down of all food and beverage outlets to include but is not limited to the set-up of table, chairs, and buffets, and cleaning of all food and beverage outlets, banquet space, and public space.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Fluent English skills required. Work schedule will vary and will include evenings, holidays, and Saturdays and Sundays. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am to 1:00 pm, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Shift hours may vary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
