Job Duties:
Laborers/helpers needed for snow removal, must be available on call for snow removal at commercial and residential property locations. Laborers/helpers will use a shovel and snowblower, and ice melt spreader. Shifts will depend on the time and amount of the snowfall. Lift up to 50 lbs. Other duties as needed: leaf removal, load/unload materials for grounds maintenance, de-icing, removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots. Laborers/helpers may drive a vehicle. This position is for 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, however may vary days or times to accommodate inclement weather. Overtime is available as needed, not guaranteed. LABORERS/HELPERS MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENSE CLASS C TO DRIVE TRUCKS BETWEEN THE WORKSITES TO BRING MAINTENANCE MATERIALS WITHIN 90 MILES OF THE COMPANY'S HEADQUARTERS AT 5275 OAKCREST HILL RD, SE HILLS, IA
