- Job Duties:
- Perform a variety of attending duties at amusement facility. On-site clean-up and organize, prepare simple food items and beverages using proper safety precautions and measures. Set-up, stock, and clean service areas. Tear-down and pack up stock in booth. Prepare, assemble, and serve carnival-related ready-to-eat foods such as corn dogs, chicken tenders, pizza, fries, nachos, hot pretzels, sausage, philly steak, burgers, hot dogs, turkey legs, and lemonade using deep fryers, mixers, warmers, and grills. All foods to be prepared require a short preparation and cook time.
