Job Duties:

Perform variety of maintenance and repair duties at traveling carnival. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions, primarily used in the mobile entertainment industry. Dismantle, diagnose and repair said machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, hand or power tools. Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters or doing other preventive maintenance actions such as cleaning and lubrication, painting and repairing. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery or equipment. Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.

Special Requirements:

Post-employment random drug testing & background checks may be required, at no cost to the worker. The job requires the applicant to be qualified, ready, willing, able, & available to perform during the entire employment at the designated worksite; to enter into & comply with employment contract; to follow workplace rules. Minimum Experience Required: Six months experience as Amusement and Recreation Attendant or Maintenance and Repair worker required.
