Job Duties:

Landscape & maintain areas using equipment & hand tools. Lay sod, mow, trim, plant, wash or water w/ hose/irrigation systems. Dig using hand tools with a max width of 48 in and a max depth of 24 in to install irrigation and/or plant, dig bunkers; fertilize, rake & blow leaves, seed, prune & haul top soil and mulch. Grade & spread sand in sand traps or dirt. Operate tractors to mow grass or turf with great precision and care. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. In Event of Accident or Suspection of Use/Employer Paid Drug Test. Optional housing if available, at $160 per week (subject to change due to inflation/local rates). $200 pay advance once they arrive. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. . 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
