Job Duties:

Maintain lawns using push or riding mowers, weed trimers and edgers, blowers, etc.; rake and blow leaves; pull weeds; dig trenches using hand tools, skid steer, trencher, backhoe, mini-ex, with a max depth/width of 6 in to install sprinkler systems, water meters, and/or plant; install sprinkler systems, plant trees, shrubs, flower beds, metal edging for beds. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Post Hire/Employer Paid Drug Test. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check. Potential for work vehicle to be provided for use of various workers, if available, valid DL required. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Whitesboro, TX. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
