- Job Duties:
- prepare site to set up for concrete to be poured. Set forms for concrete, dig trenches using hand tools, with a max depth/width of 3 ft for concrete, finish concrete surfaces, operate hand/power tools, remove forms from finished slab, clean up sites. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Sulphur Springs, TX. 30 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
