Job Duties:
Mow; trim; mulch; clean weeds; blow leaves; install landscape materials; rake, sod, seed; grounds maintenance; gather/remove litter; mix/spray pesticides; may shovel snow; may operate tractors, equipment, power tools, vehicles; maintain or repair structures, such as buildings, greenhouses, fences, or benches, using hand or power tools; maintain inventories and perform minor repairs such as oiling parts, inspect to detect wear and damage of landscaping equipment such as electric and gas-powered mowers, trimmers, saws, blowers, loaders, skid steers, tractors, trailers, and small trucks; storing and retrieving items and assembling and disassembling equipment, as necessary; clean vehicles, rides, booths, facilities, or grounds; tend to amusement rides, collect & sell tickets, sell & serve refreshments.

Special Requirements:
Mon-Sun, 7a-7p, 40 hrs/wk. Schedule/shifts vary. Hours & start/end times vary. Weekends & holidays are required. Overtime is required, but varies. Able to lift 75lbs. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours per day. Pre-hire background check required. All background checks are performed equally as to U.S. workers and H-2B workers, and all fees are paid for by the company.
