Job Duties:

The primary duty is to maintain a high level of wellbeing and safety at all times for the recipient. This includes: Personal care in all daily living activities such as feeding and hydration, proper hygiene, grooming and socialization using proper manners. Also developing cognitive skills through goals interventions such as language and communication by verbalization, sign language, gestures and pictures; and mobilization through recreational activities with fine and gross motor skills.

Special Requirements:

Drivers license is required. Drivers license can be acquired after hire. First Aid and CPR certifications required. Can be acquired after hire. Work will be in Hendersonville, NC. Workers will be temporary full-time workers. Each employees expected daily schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., or from 9:00pm until 5 a.m. Monday through Saturday, with a one-hour lunch break in the middle of the shift. The two employees will change off on the shifts, as they will be providing 24 hour care to a person in need of such 24 hour care.
