Job Duties:

Provide cleaning service to rental properties, homes, and businesses. Perform thorough spring and fall heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, cleaning light fixtures, and removing rubbish. Tasks include cleaning/dusting of walls, cabinets, and surfaces. Will include washing of ceiling fans, window coverings, and molding, requiring the use of a ladder. Additional tasks include carpet/floor cleaning/vacuuming (including moving of furniture, when necessary) and window cleaning.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work up to 6 days per week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Employer-paid post-hire random drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire background check required of all new hires, foreign and domestic. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
