Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** Manual physical labor, packing/sorting/loading harvested products, maintain clean work area. Perform physical activities: stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength, exert max. muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs. Attn. to detail, complete tasks timely. The worksite location is for packing a harvested product that the farm operation process harvests themselves with their own workforce, and transports to this employer’s job site location, where the job opportunity then has the work crew moving the delivered product to the job site building where the work crew will commence the packing of the product then will load the product for the non-employer transport to take the product to wherever the designated location will be. Timberland Silvicultural Services does not participate in the delivery, transport, or the farm operations. Timberland Silvicultural Services is an off-site/off-farm, non-farm employer to do only the packing of the product. There is no farm involvement, nor marketing involvement. No edu. On the job training is provided. Employer provides optional housing at no cost to worker during employment in compliance with H2B terms and conditions. Tools provided by employer at no cost to worker. ***Original F.a.2*** All applicants must be able, willing, qualified perform work described in this job description & be available entire period specified.
