• Proactively greets guests in a warm and welcoming manner • Books reservations effectively ensuring parameters are meet and necessary details are confirmed • Properly articulates menu offering, restaurant style, all resort information • Offers coat assistance to arriving guests • Fully escorts guests to their table and ensures their comfort level • Completes administrative duties such as daily correspondence • Effectively responds to guest and staff needs • Facilitates an environment of teamwork and communication with all departments within the resort

SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES IN A RESTAURANT, HOTEL, OR HOSPITALITY SETTING WHICH COULD INCLUDE EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL, RESORT, PRIVATE CLUB, RESTAURANT OR RETAIL ENVIRONMENT. Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing required; drug test may include hair follicle testing.
